    Article Snippet: The primary antibodies to the CBX3, BAX, BCL2, JAK2, p-JAK2, STAT3, p-STAT3, p-STAT5, and GAPDH (1:1000) genes were purchased from Cell Signaling Technology (Beverly, MA, USA) and were used for incubating the membranes overnight at 4°C, followed by incubation with a horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-labeled secondary antibody (1:1000 dilution) at 37°C for 1 h.
